In 2006, three of us were complete strangers who bumped into each other in a marriage. While Vinod was an inspiring property consultant, Vikas was a visionary advisor and Aashish was a curious software developer. While coming together and doing investment and property options for our clients, we started noticing some interesting trend:
Customers were getting good at blocking interruptive marketing and sales tactics. The old tactics of direct emails, cold calls and SMS were not effective anymore. DND (Do Not Disturb) options also started actively coming to fore.
So, our challenge was to increase our client base and expand our reach to most of the people and provide them a genuine and transparent consulting services in real estate. After many discussions, even more coffee meetings, we finally arrived at the simple observation:
People don’t want to be interrupted by marketeers or harassed by sales people. They just want to be helped.
It was time to make marketing and sales process human. Time to treat buyers like people, not numbers of spreadsheet. Time to help them in their property and financial investments in a more Transparent, Personal and Empathetic way
