Ciena, a US-based networking company, has leased 135,000 square feet of office space in Gurugram’s TRIL Tower by Tata Realty. The space, which was part of the SEZ, is now getting denotified, allowing more corporations to utilize it. The details of the lease were not disclosed. The NCR saw a leasing volume of 3.

“A lot of space that was part of the SEZ is getting denotified now, opening up newer areas for corporations,” one of them said. “Tata also has a large portfolio under SEZ and is getting it denotified.”
