‘In-the-fiscal-year-2022-2023-Ashiana-Housing-has-exceeded-its-annual-booking-target-of-Rs-1,100-crore’

Ashiana Housing has surpassed its target of booking value for the financial year 2022-2023, which was set at Rs 1,100 crore.The total booking value achieved during this period was Rs 1,278.84 crore, with a booking area of 25.21 lakh square feet.

Phase 2 of the 'Ashiana Amarah' project in Gurugram (Haryana) received 351 expressions of interest (EOIs). This phase includes 224 units, covering a saleable area of 3.77 lakh square feet and a tentative sale value of Rs 290 crore.  

Starting in April 2023, the company will initiate the conversion of Expression of Interest (EOI) into actual bookings. As of March 20th, 2023, the company has recorded a total booking value of Rs 1,279 crore and a total booking area of 25.21 lakh square feet.The first phase of the project, which comprised of 224 units, was launched last year and completed in October.

 

Ashiana Housing is currently evaluating a co-investment proposal from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for their upcoming middle-income residential projects, which includes senior living projects. The proposed project is estimated to cost a total of Rs 337.5 crore, out of which IFC has offered to invest Rs 225 crore through Non-Convertible Debentures.During the third quarter of the financial year 2023, the company's total income rose by 111 percent on a Year on Year basis, reaching Rs 135 crore, as opposed to the Rs 64 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Furthermore, the company achieved a net profit of Rs 9 crore in the same quarter, compared to the net loss of Rs 4 crore reported in Quarter 3 of the Financial Year 2022.
